The school tuition fee
The school tuition fee is payable for 12 calendar months. One installment should be paid while doing admission or readmission & 11 installments by the 10th of every month. Any payments made to school are non-refundable in nature. Payment should be made through Cash/DD only (All Credit / Debit / Cash Cards are also accepted). In case of defaulters, a late fee of Rs 40/- will be charged per month. If fees are not deposited within 60 days of the stipulated date, then the child's name will be struck off the rolls. The name will be enrolled again after payment of readmission fees. Pupils with all clear dues will be permitted to appear in the regular exams.
Bus Fare: Bus Fare is payable for 12 calendar months in advance at the time of admission to avail the service. The same fee varies according to distance from school.
For Girls: Beige Pleated Pinaforce, white & beige striped blouse, light chocolate brown socks with two beige stripes, black shoes, Chocolate brown belt and chocolate brown bow or as directed by the School. Hair must be tied in two pony tails or two plaits with white ribbons or cut short above collar & worn with white hair band (compulsorily). Expensively jewellery & big earring are not allowed.
For Boys: Beige half pant (full pant for Std. VII above), white & beige striped shirt, light chocolate brown socks with two beige stripes, black shoes, chocolate brown belt & Bow or as directed by the School. Hair must be in crew cut Compulsorily, (expect Sikh Students).
Saturdays: White Blouse, white skirts for girls, white shirt, white half pant (Full pant for Std. VI & above) for boys, belt prescribed above white socks, white leather/foam shoes compulsorily or as directed by the School. Hair to be cut or tied as prescribed above for girls and boys.
Winter Wear: A Brown color pullover or as directed by the School with two cream stripes around the 'V' - shaped neck and head cuffs or as directed by the School. Boys only used monkey cap & Girls are used scraf. Books & Uniforms: Books and Uniform will be available from the school counter.
Part-1: Scholastic
Option-1: Examination System
Each academic session is divided into two equal parts
First Part: Terminal-1 / Half-Yearly / Mid-term Examination
- Periodic Test-1:
- Marks: 20
- Details:
- 5 marks for Note Book
- 5 marks for Subject Enrichment
- 10 marks for the test of a portion of the syllabus
- Terminal-1 / Mid-term Examination:
- Marks: 80
- Details: Covers questions from half of the year, including content from PT-1
Second Part: Terminal-2 / Annual Examination
- Periodic Test-2:
- Marks: 20
- Details:
- 5 marks for Note Book
- 5 marks for Subject Enrichment
- 10 marks for the test of a portion of the syllabus
- Terminal-2 / Annual / Yearly Examination:
- Marks: 80
- Details: Covers the syllabus of the whole year
Marks Calculation: The marks obtained out of 100 will be displayed on the Progress Report Card along with the Grade.
Option-II: Examination System
Three periodic tests may be conducted:
- Marks: 10 each
- Average Calculation: The average of the 2 best Periodic Tests (PTs) will be considered in place of the Terminal-1/Half-Yearly Examination.
Annual Examination:
- Marks: 80
- Additional Marks: 5 marks for Note Book and 5 marks for Subject Enrichment.
Part-2: Co-Scholastic
Activities Assessed:

- Physical Education
Assessment Details:
- Scale: 5-point scale (A-E)
- Frequency: Once per session
- Report: Grades will be reflected on the Progress Report Card.
Part-3: Discipline
Assessment of Discipline
- Details: Discipline of the student along with the class teacher's remarks
- Scale: 5-point scale (A-E)
- Frequency: Once per session
- Report: Grades will be reflected on the Progress Report Card.
